Who we are

Value Team is the IT consultancy and services company of the Value Partners Group. Our mission is to contribute, through choices in advanced technologies, to the creation of value for business.

We are the third largest Italian operator in the sector with a complete and structured offering covering consulting, system integration and outsourcing, and we provide support to the major companies operating in the following sectors: banking, insurance, telecommunications, media, services and utilities, manufacturing and distribution.

We accept responsibility for the recommendations and the implementation: we work together with the customer starting from the definition of the IT architecture up to the implementation, development and supervision of the systems and services.

Today, we can rely on 2,600 professionals who work throughout the world, and with a significant presence in Italy, Europe and Latin America.

Thanks to the integration of Etnoteam, one of the principal and historical players in the Italian ICT sector, acquired in 2007, we have extended our expertise in the following areas: Business Service Management, Embedded Systems and User Experience, with a research centre in Finland, and Digital Interaction, through the E-Tree competence centre. Nowadays E-Tree is the competence centre that develops innovative solutions starting from the emerging technologies discontinuities and the experience in strategic consultancy.

We believe that the best innovation is achieved through the dialogue between the business world and the world of research, this is the reason we have always worked closely with ABILAB (the Italian Banking Association’s lab for innovative technologies) , the School of Management of the Milan ‘Politecnico’ (Institute of Technology), and also with CETIF – the research centre of the Catholic University of Milan, the University of Cosenza and the SDA (School of Management) of Bocconi University.
